Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time Once we receive your order, please note that each floor mat is custom-made for your vehicle to ensure a perfect fit.

This manufacturing process takes approximately 3 to 8 business days. Once production is completed, the package will be shipped directly to your address. The average delivery time within the European Union is 4 to 10 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during promotional periods and holidays. In case of delays, we will notify you by email. 

2. Delivery Time We deliver within Poland and across the European Union. European Union: 4–10 business days Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method. EU: Shipping costs according to the carrier’s rates. Available shipping options and prices will be displayed at checkout.

 4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can follow your package directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe: 1️⃣ Check the shipment status using your tracking number 2️⃣ Verify if a delivery attempt or notification was made 3️⃣ Contact the shipping carrier 4️⃣ If the issue persists, please contact us at contact@carluxpros.com

6. Transport Damage If your package arrives damaged: Create a damage report with the delivery driver at the time of delivery Take photos of the damaged package and its contents

7. Returned Packages If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect the package, we can resend the order. However, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

8. International Shipping We ship to countries within the European Union. Any customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
