Return and Refund Policy
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to return it. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items
If the item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full refund or replacement.
In this case, please send us photos of the defective item by email.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of items are excluded from returns, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
• Newspapers or magazines
• Intimate or hygiene products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Items returned more than 60 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
After that, contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.
Regular Price Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, we will gladly exchange it.
Please email us and let us know which item you would like instead.
Defective or damaged items will also be replaced.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
We only assume responsibility for the item once it has been received by us.
Cancellations
We will do our best to process cancellation requests, but we recommend contacting us as quickly as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
For cancellation requests after shipment, a 10% fee will be charged. This will be refunded once the product has been returned to us and you decide whether to keep it or return it.
